We only collect what we need to get back to you, and we don't sell or share it.

What we collect. If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. If you ring or email us, we keep whatever you tell us so we can help.

What we use it for. Answering your enquiry, quoting on work, booking a service, and keeping a record of work we have done on your pool. Nothing else.

Who sees it. Our staff. We also use service providers to host this website and to receive enquiries submitted through it — currently Netlify, which stores form submissions so that we can read them. They process that information only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it for the job and our records, then we get rid of it.

Cookies. This site uses Google Maps to show where the shop is, which sets its own cookies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Getting your details changed or removed. Ring the shop on 02 4261 3568 or email us at the address on our contact page and we will sort it out.
